Our therapists are often busy helping relationships heal and can’t answer the phone. We have an intake coordinator dedicated to answering your questions and getting you connected to the best couples therapist for you.
The intake coordinator will find out a little about your situation to ensure we have a therapist who is suited to meet your needs. They will answer any questions you have about fees, frequency of sessions, and insurance. They will explain what to expect from your sessions with our experienced relationship therapy experts and will get you all set up for your first several appointments. This saves you so much time and hassle! We love our intake coordinator.
They’ll even help connect you to other therapists in the area if we determine we aren’t a good fit for working together.
